Very nice, not as fishy as cheaper brands. Would prefer stronger/fresher olive oil (EVOO) but still good. I generally prefer sprats but these are quite nice.

Edit: Should add that the pieces were absolutely huge but not tough which was awesome. Definitely worth it overall and you really notice the upgrade in quality compared to Brunswicks or similar. Interestingly, there was lots of scales in mine but I personally didn’t mind.

The whole thing is great, but I especially love the sauerkraut. Definitely an under appreciated combo, but one of my favorites.
