For Basbousa:

1 Cup fine semolina
½ Cup medium or coarse semolina
1 Tbsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
½ Cup sugar
1 Cup melted unsalted butter
½ Cup coconut flakes
2 Eggs
½ Cup table cream
1 Cup milk

For the cream:

4 Cups whole milk (1L)
½ cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
8 Oz cream cheese
1 Tsp vanilla extract
½ Cup table cream

For the syrup:

1 Cup water
1 Cup sugar
Lemon juice (half lemon)
1 Tsp Orange blossom water
