Snacks and dessert (258 calories): half a container of cocoyo probiotic peach nectarine yogurt. Matcha latte made with fairlife milk

Full day of eating was 1442 calories, 91 grams of protein and 33 grams of fiber 🙂

    Cocoyo looks yummy! I haven’t seen it at the stores. I like Cocojune also, very creamy.

    Oooh I’m gonna try that minestrone. Ambitious Kitchen has a healthy turkey chili recipe that I swear is the best chili I’ve ever had.
