People for any meats Stainless steel is pure luxury just got to add a little oil. I use peanut oil cause it tolerates super high Wok level heat. She is right that it gets super scorching hot so turn the gas down. The deglaze on steak, pork and chicken for sauces is Amazing. Remove cooked meat, then sprinkle flour on low heat, add Broth and mix in. Tonight i sauteed mushrooms in garlic powder in steak deglaze, then added a little white wine, beef broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I add a little real butter for extra decadence. Fresh herbs minced from garden also add a burst of fresh fragrance! Enjoy
Water test 😂, my mom used to tap a wet finger in the pan and called it the cist test because that was the sound you wanted to hear. Nine times out of ten the source of water was here mouth. Wonder why my sisters and I all failed to copy her. 😂

Not bad except that toxic plastic spatula you’re still using. May as well use teflon pan if that’s the case.
which brand are you using? Thanks
Yet you use a plastic spoon to flip the egg
Prefer Iron skillets. I'd be willing to give a stainless steel pan but only if my iron skillet breaks and I have to get a new pan… >.<

These influencers copy each other word for word and do the exact same thing in the video 😂
Leaving the obligatory cast iron supremacy comment.
An edited video always gives me more confidence that what others are trying to prove is true.
😂😂😂😂😂😂

And ya very like you
I have anger issues and impatient. 7-8min or even 5min waiting time for pan to heat is too long for me LOL.
Had to wait 8 m7bs to use the pan?…
can you show how to do this with scrambled eggs ?
I’ve only been using stainless steel for many years now. Won’t ever buy nonstick again!
That egg looked terrible, should be white when you flip it not brown.
