

There's mushrooms and shrimp mixed in with the mac & cheese. I believe it's a mix of sharp chedder, gruyère, and provolone? As for the roulade (I think it's roulade), it has red peppers, provolone, swiss, spinich, artichoke, and I believe there was also an artichoke dip added. Any estimates would be helpful, my guess is anywhere from 800-1000?
