This is not traditional or claiming to be, but is made with traditional techniques. It’s my own recipe. Please try it, adapt it. Hope you enjoy.
Recipe:
Serves 2 (hungry people)
250g Fusili pasta
300g Streaky Bacon thinly sliced.
3 cloves garlic
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
20g parsley finely chopped. 1/5 reserved for garnish.
60g mascarpone
40g pecorino Romano, 1/5 reserved for serving.
400g tin finely chopped tomatoes
