EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Growing fast-casual Mediterranean food chain Cava plans to open a location in the Evans area.
The company said it’s not able to confirm a location or exact time frame, but says the opening will take place “later this year.”
For people who are interested, the company urges them to keep checking CAVA.com for the most up-to-date information on openings, and to download CAVA’s app to become a member of the chain’s loyalty program.
“We will ensure we reach back out when we have more details to share, and look forward to welcoming the Evans, GA community to our table,” a company spokesperson said.
The plans should be good news for fans of Zoës Kitchen, which used to have a location on Washington Riad in Augusta but has closed. That chain was purchased by CAVA.
