Really hope the quality of this fairly new spot remains the same. Fresh, flavourful, textures down, and appropriately oily. Not everything is doused in Sichuan peppercorn. Nuanced spiciness – or not. Ordered the mushrooms with egg tofu, just because – I knew we’d have too much, but variety and dinner leftovers!
The lunch menu (11:00am-4:30pm, M-F) portions are large and many options. If you’re dining in, consider asking to be served in a takeout container or bring your own. You’ll likely have leftovers.
The only very minor critique – not as spicy as I wanted (and asked for, “extra spicy”). But ok for dining companion.
Haven’t been for dinner yet, but I definitely would and will. Service and setting nice.
