Hi, I notice most boards don’t seem to have quantity/variety of meats. Is there a general rule of meat to cheese ratios? I’ve done a few grazing tables & boards for work and starting to get inquiries for private parties.

    Not that there’s a wrong answer (the proper answer to Charcuterie is “thank you”)… but anywhere from 1:1 cheese to meat, to 2:1 cheese to meat seems about right.

    Also, I’m sure my company is hiring and while I can’t speak for them, you have just the right skill sets in my opinion lol.

    Love the variety! The signs are perfect! Hate to bite into a cheese I don’t like. The size of the labels are perfect IMO.
