If you’re like me and cook extra portions of spaghetti, keep noods and sauce separate! That way you can separate the noods into portions that you can take out to reheat (instead of reheating the huge tub constantly).
There's four unequal portions in that tub.

Another tip. Don’t put spaghetti in clear plastic tupperware if you don’t want it to change color.

I feel the noodles get hard without moisture so i usually always keep them in the sauce.
