First time trying pineapple upside down cake 🍍


Had to use brown sugar instead of white sugar. But I think it looks better this way.

    Looks great! I sub in brown sugar for white sugar a lot, especially when I want a more caramely taste.

    It’s so perfect and pretty! My first time was in a Bundt pan and it also came out perfect. Hasn’t happened again since!

    I love pineapple upside downcake! I’ve actually only ever used brown sugar instead of white, but i could see white sugar being a more aesthetic choice!

    ( I also like to add pie spices to mine, and dice up some extra cherries for the batter)
