Garlic Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes (washed and cut into wedges)

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika (optional)

1 tsp dried oregano or thyme

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare the potatoes: Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. No need to peel them.

Season the wedges: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Add the potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.

Bake: Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking tray. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Add cheese (optional): Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges in the last 5 minutes of baking.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Enjoy your Garlic Potato Wedges!
