Wow this turned out so yummy! It’s just me and my husband eating this and it more enough for and for lunch for us tomorrow! I will get this again! Simple and easy to make! The only thing that wasn’t included was the croutons, I had those in my pantry.

We had the same meal Wednesday and I let my daughter invite a couple friends over to enjoy it with us. It was pretty good even though I didn’t like the marinara they sent with it. Everyone else was impressed by it which made it so much better than making homemade pizza from scratch (which I’m used to doing and own 45 years old pizza bricks for the oven).

I made this last Sunday (I posted my take a few days ago) and dealing with the dough (never made pizza from scratch before) was the hardest part and the whole thing took around 2 hours to make. Fortunately it turned out well, though I dumped the onion and pepperoni and used canned mushrooms and Sweet Italian Sausage (out of the casing) that I had cooked that morning. I probably won’t make it again because the dough was difficult to work with. Maybe I need to watch a few videos on handling dough

I’m very impressed with their pizza. We’ve made pizzas on our own, but the directions to let it rest twice make it much better in my opinion. Thinner, not doughy. Eventually, we will try it in our woodfired pizza oven but the last two times we’ve had it it’s just been oven baked
