Grilled thick cut kalbi / galbi beef

    Also known to many here as LA galbi / kalbi beef. It’s been a regular meal & a favorite I share with family & guests. Who else is a big fan?

    I simply grabbed this 16 Oz portion on sale at the local grocery store and marinated the pieces overnight in an excellent sweet & savory kalbi / galbi sauce (because they’re such a thick cut). Next day they were grilled over direct high heat & served. Highly recommended, easy to do.

    I don’t think I have ever tried that cut. Looks really good. Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll have to give it a try.
