Found a sweet deal on FB marketplace. Love the build quality compared to the el cheapo Charbroil I had. Looking forward to many years with it. Only had to change the ignition kit, and got some new heat shields.

That’s the generation before the 2022 models came out I think. It’s probably one of the best built Weber Genesis models period. Awesome pickup and it has a 10 warranty. If you give it some love every now and then it’ll last you a lifetime.

I hope Weber warranties it when the insides rust out. I’ll never waste money on a Weber again. I spent 1200 on a Genesis. I am on my 3rd set of flavor bars and grates under warranty but I’m the original owner. My father bought a full stainless steel char broil from home Depot for 300 bucks . It lasted over 25 years until he died. I wanted it but had no use for it … Id buy a Charbroil again! Not a Weber
