First time trying these and I am impressed! They were labeled “red peppers” so I know nothing about them but they have mild heat and are very crisp. What should I do with them?

They look like “Garden Salsa” peppers, which i think are a stable hybrid of cayennes and jalapenos?

Dry em and turn into powder or save whole for stews/soups etc. Or roast/skin em. They look like a guajillo to me but hard to be 100%.
Maybe “Red Ember Cayenne”? That would be my best guess.
Look tasty!
Idk what they are but they look very similar to the Thai chilis I grow. I think yours are a bit longer. They’re a bit spicier than jalapeños
Is that….big or is that average? Seems big to me.
Save the seeds and grow your own
