    Smoked and sliced chicken roast is so underrated! Cook em like a brisket and you’ll be rewarded with a flavorful smoked delicacy! These are so good, I’m longing to smoke one next weekend. Great job! And you’re right, this is 10X better than slow cooked, shredded roast from a crock pot or oven! Never go back!

    Funny, I smoked a couple Chuck roasts the other day and wish I just made pot roast haha

    They’re so expensive though. 8.99 lb here. I can buy a 13 lb brisket for Sunday dinner for the same price of a 4 lb roast and feed a way more family members on the brisket

  4. I thought I hated pot roast. Turns out I just hate how she was making them: salt and pepper, carrots, potato, onion, and throw it into the oven for a while.

    What temps did you cook and pull at? Mine are always “Meh”. I usually just smoke them a bit then put them in the crock pot for pulled beef. I want to make it like this.
