Ingredients:

Chicken – 4.4 lbs (2 kg)
Sweet peppers – 4 pcs.
Red onions – 2 pcs.
Harrisa – 5 oz (140 g)
Mint – 15-20 leaves.
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Lay out the harissa on a baking tray.

Salt and pepper a little.

Add a little vegetable oil.

Add bell peppers in large pieces.

Add red onion in large feathers.

Cut the chicken along the back and unwrap.

Incise the thighs.

Mix the harissa with the vegetables.

Rub the chicken with the harissa.

Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.

Season the chicken with a little salt.

Send to a 360°F (180°C) oven for about 50 minutes until golden.

Pour the sauce over the chicken.

Set the chicken aside.

Mix the mint with the vegetables.
