    Made a generic salsa verde for taco night with friends.

    A bunch of tomatillos
    Two Serranos
    Half a big-ish white onion
    An small head of garlic
    Sprinkle of paprika and salt

    After pouring out some for those who do not like spicy, I added three smoked Oaxacan chiles. I spent the last month in Oaxaca and fell in love with these. Looking forward to incorporating them into more salsas. They add a pretty large hit of smokiness.
    Trying out 100% homemade tortillas tonight as well.

    Those Pasilla de Oaxaca chilis are hard to come by but VERY tasty.

    Tomatillos didn’t look very cooked, did it end up more lime-y because of that?
