Got a new cast iron griddle so I thought I’d practice making burgers.

Contents:

  • 2x beef patties (80/20 ground beef)
  • Gouda cheese slice
  • American cheese slice
  • Sauce was made by mixing around 70% mayo and 30% ketchup
  • Onions pressed into the patties
  • Raw onion and pickles for toppings
  • Lettuce
  • seeded Brioche

    Fuckin hell yeah man! Toasted the bun and made sauce. Just made that sauce for the first time a few weeks ago except I also added a bit of Dijon mustard and pickles to mine and my god was it good
