I had some left over pulled pork so I decided to have chaffles.
Chaffles
2 medium eggs beaten,
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melting queso white cheese
1 tbsp almond flour.
6 ounces of smoked pulled pork split between two chaffles

Bake about 5 minutes per chaffle.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
