recipe (yields 10 crepes)
– 1 cup flour
– 2 cups water
– 1/4 cup greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup stevia
– Tsp vanilla extract
– Carlini butter spray on skillet for each

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Spray a pan/skillet with butter spray
  3. Pour ~1/3 cup batter
  4. Flip crepe

*note: I like to add berries, greek yogurt, and cinnamon!
