Yanyana Breakfast Skillet (DaChinShow)

Ingredients
Potato
Tomato
Sweet Pepper
Asparagus
Zucchini
Eggs

Instructions
Grease your oven safe skillet with a little olive oil
Add your diced veggies
Drizzle with olive oil and season with Kosher salt, black pepper, paprika and Mediterranean herb blend
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 400F for 45 minutes
Remove from oven and carefully crack your eggs in the center of the vegetables
Bake uncovered for another 8-10 minutes for a perfect runny egg

Pro Tip:
#1 If you don’t have a Mediterranean herb blend substitute with any herb blend you have on deck.
