This is just a week of my calorie intake but it looks more or less like this every week. Tuesdays are my cheat days. I try to work with what i have and i work at walmart so i get all of my from food there. Any suggestions?

    Go for leaner proteins, use less butter, skip the cheese, and skip the nuts.

    When you ate the turkey breast, have discarded its skin? Nuts also are high in fat. Mcdonalds high in fats. Fried foods too obviously.

    Less red meat and more lean meats like chicken, turkey and white fish

    start by finding alternatives for your favs, e.g. meats > switch to leaner 90–10 beef, turkey, cooking oil/butter > cooking spray, deep fry > air fry/oven bakes

    Fat free cheese, fat free yogurts, lean cuts of meat, 93% or higher ground meat, less cooking oil when cooking, egg whites instead of eggs
