My wife wanted an egg sandwich this morning so I made this Simple over medium egg, bacon, with American and havarti cheeses, on a buttered and griddled homemade no knead roll.

    I’m sure this was tasty. The bread to filling ratio is quite off imo, but if she enjoyed it that’s all that matters

  2. That’s a fried egg, not over medium. You can’t break the yolk and then hard fry it and call it over medium.

    1 slice of bacon, 1 thin ass egg, and 2 slices of cheese is not even remotely close to enough for the amount of bread you have

    Those rolls look phenomenal. I’d eat that bread by itself. Sandwich looks great too though.

    Yummmm. Looks like your crumb is a little tight. You could try a longer proof to see if that helps open it up a bit.
