My wife wanted an egg sandwich this morning so I made this Simple over medium egg, bacon, with American and havarti cheeses, on a buttered and griddled homemade no knead roll.

That’s a fried egg, not over medium. You can’t break the yolk and then hard fry it and call it over medium.
1 slice of bacon, 1 thin ass egg, and 2 slices of cheese is not even remotely close to enough for the amount of bread you have
