First time smoking some pork belly burnt ends. Made the mistake of getting it with the skin on but cut it off before seasoning. Came out really good but for sure know what I will change next time.

    Pork belly confuses me. Is it just… fat? Or is there meat? Not to sound stupid but I’ve never had it before. I’ve always been skeptical but this looks pretty damn yummy though, I must admit!!
