I’m not a big lemon dessert fan but I love lemons and I asked my reddit peeps for some ideas so I decided to make Lemon Bars, they are delicious with the short bread 😩. And I also made a lemon posset, it was soooo creamy and delicious. I would definitely make again!!!

…yes..make lemon bars! Love these. My first lemon bars were decades ago when someone brought them to a party.. the shortbread crust and sweet, tangy filling – i was immediately smitten.
