  1. Breakfast: fruit bowl (cucumber, apple, orange, grapes, strawberries) 149 calories

    Lunch: cottage cheese quiche 199 calories 

    Snack: tuna honey-mustard roll 205 calories

    Dinner: chicken teriyaki with rice and brocolli 450 calories

    The last photo is lunch I made for my boyfriend because he has a very busy week this week. It’s 470 calorie with turkey deli meat, a bunch of cheese, grapes and cherry tomatoes

    Reminds me of the IG post I saw today about how 1200 calories is what a toddler needs and not a grown-up 🙃

    Looks good!! Absolutely not enough calories for me but if it works for you then it works 😉 i love a good fruit assortment, dying for watermelon season to start again

    Wow, surprised that all that fruit is only 150 cal including apples and oranges, do you weigh it?
