I don’t track macros but it was almost 35g of protein. I like this pasta substitute because of the fiber. It does get foamy when cooking and you do have to rinse it afterwards. It’s a bit bland so I’d add salt. But it meal preps and keeps in the fridge well and retains its shape/structure. The pasta is from thrive market/Amazon.
3 mild sausages(Costco) casing removed browned in a pain with onions and peppers. Garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, thyme. Added Raos pasta sauce (Costco)
