







Diced 3 onion (I had yellow onions, sweet onions would be better) and cooked for 30 minutes, stirring regularly and adding splashes of water as needed.
Then added some balsamic vinaigrette, monk fruit sweetener, fresh lemon juice, and a bit of salt. Cooked for another 20 minutes.
