I do this but with the $5 12-count of croissant rolls from Sam’s club and it’s always a huge hit. (Pic is from my sausage sandwich but just imagine brisket)

My favorite way to enjoy leftover brisket!
Heat in a covered pan with a few sprinkles of water or beef stock at 250 for about 15-20 minutes. Top with egg and cheese on a ciabatta roll.
