Ingredients:

Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Ginger – 1 small piece
Yoghurt – 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp (divided)
Green chilies – 2
Cumin seeds – 1/3 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/3 tsp
Salt – to taste

Instructions:

1. Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, 2 tbsp of Yogurt, green chillies, cumin seeds, pepper powder, and salt until smooth.

2. Add the remaining 2 tbsp of yoghurt after blending to enhance the thickness and create a creamy texture.
