Ingredients

For the Fish
1 lb Cod Fish
Salt, to taste
White Pepper, to taste
2 cup Oil, for frying

For Coating the Fish
½ cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Cornstarch
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp White Pepper
¼ tsp Baking Powder
½ – ¾ cup (160ml) Cold Club Soda or Beer

For the Mango Salsa
¼ Red Bell Pepper
½ Mango
½ Red Onion
½ Avocado
1 Jalapeño
1 Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Cilantro, finely diced

For the Sauce
½ cup Mayonaise
¼ cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Mexican Hot Sauce
½ Garlic Clove, grated
Salt, to taste
½ Lime Juice

For Plating the Tacos
8 -10 Tortillas, small size
1 cup Cabbage, finely sliced
