Brief rundown:
Pretty big bowl, porridge with semi milk blueberries and a little maple syrup on top. Iโ€™d estimate around 45-50g oats

Tofu lettuce wraps in a peanut and soy sauce. Probably about 1tbsp peanut butter, sesame oil and maple syrup + soy sauce but probably only used 1/2 the sauce

Chickpea wrap
1/3 can of chickpeas air fried in a little bit of olive oil, maple syrup and soy sauce. Didnโ€™t measure but probably 2ish tsp oil and 1tbsp of maple syrup
Healthy heaping tbsp or so of hummous and then salad dressed with the left over marinade for the chickpeas mixed with Greek yogurt.

Thank you! I usually calorie count but Iโ€™m trying to just make healthy choices without keeping track. Just want to see where I am ๐Ÿ™‚ (by the way I donโ€™t usually have maple syrup with every meal ๐Ÿ˜…)

    Oatmeal 450 calories 300 for lettuce thingys 200 calories for French fries wrap 550!

    You should get low carb tortillas they are less calories and pb2 and 50 calorie maple lite syrup tastes the same as regular I use the brand Pearl Milling company
