I'm trying to figure that out for myself.

Tofu and broccoli on top of a whole bag of shirataki noodles. I flavored the noodles with a peanut sauce made of a blend of pb2, peanut butter, soy sauce and sriracha.

640 cals, 50g protein. Fully plant-based dinner. I'll tell you what, though, I am STUFFED.

    Yep I rinse them, soak in vinegar for a few mins, rinse again, and microwave – not really necessary but I think prepping it makes it feel more like real pasta

    Yep I soak them in baking soda and water for a few minutes then rinse them really well

    They’re a staple for me! I mix konjac rice with white rice and you barely notice the difference. And konjac noodles are easy swaps for noodle soups too!
