[ INGREDIENTS ] for a 9.5-inch (24cm) tart pan
2 eggs
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 stick (100g) salted butter (or unsalted butter with a pinch of salt)
1 lemon
1 3/4 cup (200g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup (250g) apricot jam
Extra flour (to roll out the dough)
Powdered sugar for dusting
