    You know, I’m trying to find any critiques but that’s a beautiful plate of pasta.

    – beautiful plating and plate choice
    – great sauce coverage and coagulation
    – perfect ratio of clams to noodle

    Well… if you have to find something… a few shells are quite pleasant to see. As a rule of thumb you would keep half clams with the shell, bit less in a dish like this, maybe. But it looks good
