  1. That’s surprisingly boring and mild across the board, and I say that as an Englishman.

“Based on search data”.. so just what people are looking up? Not actually buying/using necessarily?

  3. Louisiana’s top sauce not being Louisiana is hilarious to me

I only ever ate local hot sauce from friends/family or hot sauce made in Texas. Valentina is nasty and that is a hill I will die on.

You’ve got to be kidding me that Crystal isn’t on here. As a Tennessean no one uses Cholula hot sauce either. It’s Crystal, Louisiana or Tabasco here. Maybe Cholula at the local cheap Mexican restaurant.

I highly doubt this is accurate. Grew up in AZ and never once did I see anyone use the Trader Joe’s hot sauce. There are tons of popular sauces made IN Arizona that you’ll always find on tables, in addition to the other go to’s like Cholula.

I see more Tobasco in Az. I put that shit on everything.
