Gave the $10k dough a try. Will do it again.

Used an IPA for the 10k dough. Prosciutto, pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes, garlic evoo crust, carbon steel plate and home oven.

    Looks good. Lotta peel lube clinging to that bottom – give parchment a try sometime.
