My recreation of hello fresh's beef flautes. Not bad but I really wish HelloFresh had an online store where we could buy their southwest blend & smoky red pepper crema and all their other blends they make.

This is one of the best recipes for making on your own! Pro tip for making that smoky red crema or whatever it’s called, I mix sour cream with diced Chipotle peppers. I use La La Costeña brand in a little jar.
