Put frying pan on medium heat, add little piles of mozzarella cheese. Once they start to brown on sides, add the olive and a little dollap of marinara plus a sprinkle of oregano.

You can make a chicken crust, mix 1# ground chicken with grated Parmesan ( the dry powder stuff) and some dried herbs. Make into circle and bake 15 minutes at 350 then take out add toppings and bake again until cheese melted.

When I’m craving pizza I use chicken, eggs, Parmesan, and pork panko to make a crust and then an Alfredo sauce with butter, heavy cream, and basic seasonings then top with mozzarella and a meat of choice. I actually just finished the leftovers for an early dinner!
