Vourla is set to open its doors at 3-5 Verulam Road this evening, next to The Pudding Stop.
Having revealed itself on social media back in January, a spokesperson for the restaurant told this newspaper last month that an opening was planned for August.
Vourla’s long-awaited opening is set for tonight. (Image: Vourla) While this didn’t come to fruition, the waiting is now over with confirmation that the first customers will be welcomed through the door tonight on a first come, first served basis.
Table booking will be available from Wednesday (September 11).
The new restaurant will focus on Aegean cuisine and serve up a menu consisting of modern Mediterranean food.

On a Sunday, the restaurant will open at 11.30am but close at the slightly earlier time of 9.30pm.
