* 100g wild garlic * 300g silken tofu * 150g garden peas * 200g pasta (or pasta for 2 people) * 3 tbsp nooch * 1.5tbsp lemon juice * Pinch of sea salt – more to taste. * Pinch of black pepper * 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
###Instructions
1. Put your pasta on to cook in plenty of very salty (as salty as the sea) boiling water. Cook for one minute less than the packet suggests and keep a mug of pasta water at the end.
1. Whilst that’s cooking, blanch your wild garlic (run a hot kettle over it in a sieve over the sink, then rinse thoroughly in cold water and squeeze out the liquid). Add it to a blender cup with the silken tofu, the nooch, peas, lemon, salt and pepper, then add half the mug of pasta water (the pasta should have cooked by now) and blend. Season to taste.
1. Combine sauce and cooked pasta, add more pasta water as necessary! Top with toasted seeds or roasted lentils (if you like), black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
I have no problem with the colour of the sauce as there’s plenty of ugly delicious fare in the world. In fact the recipe seems pretty decent.
I may however be an old fart because I have an issue with a gifrecipe that does not label its ingredients during the gif. Its now a silent film with the creator’s musings instead of a recipe

The math isn’t mathing here…where does she get the 34 grams of protein from? I see the tofu but unless someone clarifies how many servings are supposed to be in the recipe, I can’t see how it’s loaded with protein. A serving size of silken tofu has 9-15 grams of protein, so at best, she’s eating two servings to get that much protein.

DO NOT put hot water in a nutribullet, it can become pressurized that explode. It sounds dramatic, but I had a friend go to the emergency room for severe burns after doing this making soup

I have to say that does not look appetizing
Are the black things roasted lentils?
