Homemade no knead rye with caraway, Kerrygold butter, ginger curry mustard, a little homemade maple mustard bacon jam, Gouda, Muenster, leftover corned beef, and plenty of my mustard pickles. Bread grilled in the pan with a weight, then topped and put into the oven to melt. Pickles added at the end. I really enjoyed this sandwich!
