Anyway, these are photos from yesterday’s delicious meal which was a celebration of both Holi and the 15th anniversary of this fine dining Indian spot. The flavors and textures reminded me of the NYC location of Indian Accent but more pronounced/more in depth. Was nice to meet chef Manish Mehrota as well who was very nice and seemed quite humble. We shared mains/desserts amongst 5 of us. This was a bit of a splurge but a very much worth it splurge. Particular highlights were most of the canapes, the crab and shrimp balchao, and the Delhi Butter Chicken which was uniquely kofta style.
