Tuna melt has cheddar cheese and is on two pieces of sour dough. I took the top off but was hungry and ended up eating it all. Also ate all the fries and about 20ish cal of ketchup.

    Honestly, I think your meal only around 1000 kcal. Tuna melts actually have about a decent amount of protein. Judging by your plate that looks to be about 2 can of tuna (180 kcal.), mayo (100 kcal. per tbsp), and cheese. I think the majority of you calories are going to come from the fries. If you can’t log them specifically just choose Five Guys or Chick-fil-a and pick a size to get an estimate a large should be around 465 kcal . Also, don’t forget about the bread, it’s probably sourdough (234 kcal.). Anyways, hope this helps.
