I had a busy week so I decided to try the maple pork breakfast sausage since it says “heat and serve”. However, the meat I received requires cooking. This is pretty different from what the app says. There’s no cooking instructions provided either (not hard to cook, but a little annoyed by the extra work). Is this always how the breakfast sausage looks like?

You should contact customer service. They sent the wrong product and I would imagine the fully cooked version is more expensive

they’re super good. I cooked them up in the air fryer. Didn’t take long.

Mine was uncooked as well. I just thought that was how it was supposed to be.

  4. I mean… technically cooking is the “heat” portion of “heat and serve”.

The app also has cooking instructions – can you look at those and see what they say?

That being said: this definitely looks like you got the wrong product.

i mean, it specifically tells you to heat to 160° for proper cooking

  6. Love those sausages. They were always raw … and easy to cook.

They’ve always been raw. We get them almost every week. They just changed the packaging in the last month or so.

In your defense, the packaging absolutely looks ground 😂😂
