I made raspberry palmiers for the first time and here’s how they turned out! I’m honestly very proud of how the majority ended up and my girlfriend loved them so I’m happy 🙂
The last picture is of the first batch I made and well… they didn’t turn out as great as the rest lmao 😭 Me and my gf got a good laugh (and a tad cry on my part) out of them tho so haha
But I think I know why at least, I didn’t let that roll of puff pastry defrost at room temp enough or as much as the others, so I’m thinking that that’s why they didn’t really puff up at all?
Here’s the name of the baker whose recipe I used: Crowded Kitchen, I just watched her instagram video but I’m pretty sure she has a website too!

How were they? I’ve only done savoury ones. Pesto being my fav. Sun dried tomato & pine nut are also delicious. I’d be interested in making these but I’m not sure if they’d be as yummy as the pesto ones lol.
