SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A new coffee and pastry shop in downtown Sevierville wants you to feel like you are in France.
The new Central Coffee and Crumble officially opened Friday inside the Central Hotel.
They’re bringing French inspired pastries to the menu with fresh ground and pressed coffee.
The owners said downtown Sevierville is a unique experience and they wanted to bring a new level of flavor while you visit.
“It’s a French style restaurant, fresh ground beans, wonderful expressos and coffees, French style pastries, brioches are all themed and will make you feel like you are in France,” said Michael Johnson, Central Hotel owner. “It makes you feel like you’re somewhere else. Essentially, we want people to come downtown, enjoy downtown, but have a nuance to everything. Whether it be our restaurant, our hotel, our art gallery. With the central coffee and crumb, we want you to feel like you’re somewhere special. You can make memories; you can relax and just be somewhere unique.”
The new coffee shop is located inside the central hotel where Seasons 101 restaurant is located.
That’s on the corner of Main and Court Avenue and they plan on being open every morning at 7 a.m.
