
Take one Carb Balance Burrito-size tortilla, fill it with your filling of choice.
Mine has carne asada, cheese, and just a little scoop of refried beans.
Wrap, spray with a little cooking spray, and air fry at 360 for 11-12 minutes.
Other fillings I've made:
Breakfast:
2 diced sausage links
About a quarter of a diced onion
Quarter of a bell pepper, diced
An egg
A slice of cheddar
Salt and pepper
Lunch:
Half a can of costco canned chicken
Quarter onion, diced
Dash of cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, salt and pepper
1.5 tablespoons of refried beans
Really the possibilities are endless.
